On a more personal note, there’s a humorous twist to this magnificent dinner. I discovered shortly after the event that I was, unknowingly, very newly pregnant at the time. Reflecting on it now, I can only smile, immensely grateful that I had the opportunity to savor those exquisite cocktails from Rob Floyd while I still could! It adds a wonderfully serendipitous layer to an already memorable experience, a secret shared with the universe that made the event even more special in retrospect. Life often weaves these delightful surprises into our most cherished moments.
