The photoshoot is complete, the final touches are in place, and we are absolutely ecstatic to be launching our Olivia + Ocean collection next week, on July 16th! A Bittersweet Farewell: Closing a Chapter on Our First Home
Change, while often exciting, can also stir a complex array of emotions, especially when it involves cherished memories. We recently reached another significant milestone: officially selling our old house. This home wasn’t just a structure; it was the backdrop to countless firsts and precious moments. It was our very first home together as a couple, and most importantly, it’s where we brought our beloved Gwen home from the hospital, marking the beginning of our family journey.
The selling process itself is always a journey through memory lane, filled with both nostalgia and the practicalities of moving forward. It’s hard not to be emotional when closing such a significant chapter. Each room held a story, each corner a memory waiting to be revisited. As we wrap things up there at the beginning of next week, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the beautiful times. For our dear Houstonian friends, we’re also making sure that our cherished furniture pieces from the move find new loving homes. Be sure to check out all the items we’re selling here.
