Ensure the clay goes down to the edge of the glass bottom but does not cover the base for an even surface.
Once the majority of the bottle is covered, finish the top lip, ensuring a clean edge around the opening. To add extra embellishment, cut out shapes using petite four cutters (or hand-sculpt) and gently press them onto the bottle, moistening their backs slightly for better adhesion.
